Abstract
⺠Potency sub-categories for sensitisation endpoints are now in regulatory toxicology. ⺠Strategies for this are proven and available for skin sensitising chemicals. ⺠However, hazard identification remains challenging for respiratory sensitisers. ⺠Categorisation of respiratory allergens according to potency is premature.
