Abstract
⺠Regulatory agencies recommend considering all available data in chemical risk assessments. ⺠We developed a framework for integrating human and animal data into the risk assessment process. ⺠A systematic rating and ranking method determines which dataset best supports the risk assessment. ⺠Case studies highlight application of the framework under different data scenarios. ⺠Application of the framework will improve transparency of the process and reliability of results.
