Abstract
⺠Liver chemistry elevations were studied in 9166 children from 38 clinical trials. ⺠Liver chemistry elevations are rare in children without liver disease. ⺠Liver chemistry elevations are marginally higher in children with liver disease. ⺠Drug-induced liver injury must be distinguished from underlying disease progression.
