Abstract
⺠We develop a PBPK/PD model for nicotine for the i.v., oral, inhalation routes. ⺠Bayesian optimization produced distributions for key metabolism parameters. ⺠The affect of variability in smoking behavior and nicotine yield was explored. ⺠Nicotine dosimetry is a crucial element of a risk assessment strategy for tobacco.
