Abstract
⺠ROS-induced time-dependent gene expression profiles were identified in HepG2 cells. ⺠Different types of ROS-induced temporal pathway changes were found in HepG2 cells. ⺠Early ROS-induced acute stress response changed into compound-specific responses. ⺠We detected an expression profile that could identify chemical-induced ROS in HepG2.
