Abstract

âº Reliability of the assay was shown by intra- and inter-laboratory reproducibility. âº Robustness was shown by comparison to historic data. âº Discriminatory power was shown by minimal detectable differences compatible to other assays. âº Gene expression signatures discriminated lung tumors in smoke-exposed and control mice.
