Abstract
⺠Delayed rectifier K+ current in Jurkat T lymphocytes was characterized. ⺠Aconitine-induced block of this current was examined. ⺠The IC50 value for aconitine-induced inhibition of IMEP was 5.6 μM. ⺠Aconitine inhibited this current in a concentration- and state-dependent manner.
