Abstract
⺠Chlorpyrifos induces apoptotic cell death in SH-SY5Y cells. ⺠ROS involved in chlorpyrifos-induced apoptotic cell death. ⺠MAPKs signaling pathways are required for chlorpyrifos-induced apoptosis. ⺠Chlorpyrifos up-regulates COX-2 expression. ⺠COX-2 is activated by JNK and p38 MAPKs signaling pathways.
