Abstract
⺠An assessment of exposure of the population to (masked) mycotoxins was performed. ⺠A deterministic and probabilistic exposure assessment was executed. ⺠Mean mycotoxin intakes for all cereal-based foods were beneath tolerable daily intake. ⺠Sub-populations can be exposed to high levels of zearalenone-equivalents. ⺠Systematic monitoring of all mycotoxins is a prerequisite to reach safety levels.
