Abstract
⺠AOH and AME affect the redox status of HT29 cells. ⺠Activate the Nrf2/ARE pathway. ⺠But do not affect the level of fpg-sensitive sites in the DNA. ⺠Indicating that oxidative stress is not substantially contributing to the genotoxic properties.
