Abstract
⺠Airway effects of ozone-initiated terpene reaction products were assessed in mice. ⺠Sensory irritation, airway limitation, and pulmonary effects were observed. ⺠3-Isopropyl-6-oxo-heptanal may be a sensory irritant of concern. ⺠4-Oxopentanal may be of concern due to air-flow limitation.
