Abstract
⺠Every third individual exceeded the PMTDI of deoxynivalenol in a small scale Austrian pilot survey. ⺠DON-15-glucuronide was tentatively identified as a main DON metabolisation product for the first time. ⺠Direct quantification of DON-15-glucuronide and DON-3-glucuronide in urine was proven to be feasible.
