Abstract
⺠Hepatic gene expression profiles regulated by receptors CAR and PXR were evaluated. ⺠Results of microarray and qPCR analyses showed convergence or divergence of CAR and PXR regulated gene expression profiles. ⺠Basal gene expression is sometimes altered by the knockout of CAR or PXR. ⺠The current results provide further insight into CAR and PXR-dependent gene regulation.
