Abstract
⺠We analysed the composition and proteome of melamine bladder stones of rat models. ⺠The stones are composed of predominant melamine and a few amount of proteins. ⺠The proteins had a wide range of MWs and 1051 proteins were identified. ⺠Most proteins are related to cell injury, metabolic processes and binding function. ⺠Proteins may play an important role in melamine bladder stone formation.
