Abstract
⺠The Aβ is clearly neurotoxic, inducing necrosis and apoptosis in PC12 cells. ⺠The Ï-CTX decreased the cell necrosis and apoptosis induced by Aβ. ⺠CTX downregulated the expression of inflammatory & oxidative stress related factors.
