⺠Green tea EGCG as oxidant agent. ⺠Cyto- and genotoxicity of EGCG depend on ratio of cell number to working volume. ⺠Experimental settings determine clearance of autooxidation-derived hydrogen peroxide. ⺠An algorithm allowing experimental standardization.
