Abstract
- The estrogenic activities of several EDs were measured by an ERE-luciferase bioassay.
- Xenoestrogens decreased ARNT2 expression in MCF-7 cells in a dose-dependent manner.
- ESR1 antagonist MPP inhibited the xenoestrogen-mediated decrease in ARNT2 expression.
- No significant effects were found in ER-negative LNCaP cells.
