Abstract
⺠Dioxins impacted Leydig cells through regulation of AhR, AhRR and Cyp1b1. ⺠Ccl5 and Cxcl4 were 2 chemokines regulated by TCDD in Leydig cells. ⺠The steroidogenic outcome of Leydig cells was not targeted by TCDD. ⺠TCDD effect on AhRR was opposed by the trophic hormone (hCG). ⺠TNFα stimulated AhR gene expression and did not oppose TCDD effect on AhRR.
