Abstract
⺠We investigated if Nrf2 pathway might alter response to TNF-α in endothelial cells. ⺠Endothelial cells have been exposed to GSH synthesis inhibitor BSO as Nrf2 inducer. ⺠Our results showed that BSO is able to reduce endothelial dysfunction. ⺠Finally inhibition of ERK1/2 is able to avoid Nrf2 translocation induced by BSO.
