Abstract
⺠Herein we examined the anti-cancer effect of Smilax glabra Roxb. (SGR). ⺠SGR inhibited growth of cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. ⺠SGR induced apoptosis through mitochondrial pathway. ⺠SGR affected expression of genes related to cell apoptosis and proliferation.
