Abstract
⺠We define the effect of NaAsO2 in early stages of cellular development. ⺠NaAsO2, in short-term downregulates PDI, PTPRF, HSP90 and VCP, affecting cellular growth or apoptosis. ⺠NaAsO2, in long-term upregulates B23/nucleophosmin, GRP78, ULK3, TLR6 and MAP3K7. ⺠Long-term NaAsO2 mainly affects the apoptotic and inflammatory pathways. ⺠Moreover, we find the non-lethal toxic stresses in NCCIT cells and EBs.
