- H2O2 modulated autophagic factors including LC3B, Atg7, and Atg12.
- H2O2 increased apoptotic factors including Bax/Bcl-2 ratio, caspase-3, and PARP.
- Inhibition of autophagy by 3MA increased Aβ levels in human neuroblastoma cells exposed to H2O2.
