Abstract
⺠LC-MS/MS has been used for the detection of reactive species of BPA analogs in HLM and recombinant human P450 isozymes. ⺠BPF, BPAF, BPZ and DMBPA have been evaluated for the formation of reactive species. ⺠Hydroxylation and ipso-substitution derived metabolites of bisphenols were detected. ⺠Arene epoxide, quinone and carbocation intermediates were proposed.
