Abstract
⺠BNCT induced few morphological alterations in normal melanocytes. ⺠Melanoma after BNCT showed early cell death and cell cycle arrest. ⺠Normal melanocytes had no significant differences due to BNCT treatment. ⺠Cell cycle arrest, ECM changes and intrinsic apoptosis are signaling pathways involved in human melanoma treatment by BNCT.
