Abstract
⺠AFLP was tested for assessment of DNA alterations in RTG-2 exposed to genotoxicants. ⺠Method was used in conjunction with commonly used genotoxicity test, Comet assay. ⺠Both quantitative and qualitative DNA alterations were observed with AFLP method. ⺠AFLP revealed DNA alterations even when Comet assay indicated complete DNA repair.
