Abstract
⺠An effective clustering methodology to identify unique assays for predicting human toxicity is shown. ⺠Cluster analysis based on neurotoxicants and hepatotoxicants provided similar results. ⺠The type of assay has greater impact upon clustering results than the origin of the liver cells used.
