Abstract
⺠We have developed an in vitro tool to detect bioactivation-dependent toxicity. ⺠We can identify CYP enzymes involved in metabolism-based toxicity. ⺠We are able to modulate expression of a given CYP using adenovirus. ⺠Our model allows the rapid analysis for curve fitting and IC50 generation in early toxicity.
