Abstract
⺠Proadifen has anti-proliferative and pro-apoptotic activity in HT-29 cancer cells. ⺠NAG-1 gene silencing by siRNA had no effect on the pro-apoptotic action of proadifen. ⺠GSK-3β plays a significant role in the pro-apoptotic action of proadifen.
