Abstract
⺠We explored the effect of MEHP on androgen production of rat Leydig cells. ⺠Low levels of MEHP increased androgen production. ⺠High levels of MEHP inhibited androgen production. ⺠In ALCs, MEHP affected androgen production through provoking ROS perturbation.
