Abstract

âº Medium concentrations decreased due to uptake into the cells. âº This decrease was dependent on the cell density and the test concentrations used. âº When the medium contains serum, the free concentration should be considered as a dose metric. âº The sensitivity ranking of the tested cell systems was dependent on the dose metric used.
