Abstract
⺠Animal models for skin sensitization needs to be replaced with in vitro assays. ⺠Dendritic cells are paramount for initiation of sensitization. ⺠GARD is a novel assay utilizing MUTZ-3 as an in vitro dendritic cell model. ⺠Readout is based on predictive biomarker signatures.
