Abstract
⺠Methodology for in vitro DC migration assay for identification of contact allergens. ⺠Assay limitations, critical points and optimization is described. ⺠Preferential migration of sensitizer exposed MUTZ-LC towards CXCL12 was observed. ⺠Non-sensitizer-exposed MUTZ-LC only migrated towards CCL5. ⺠Results were reproducible between three laboratories.
