Abstract

âº GS-HCl inhibits proliferation and induces apoptosis in YD-8 cells. âº GS-HCl also causes activation of caspases, reduction of Mcl-1 and HIF-1Î±, and ER stress. âº Activation of caspases is critical for the GS-HCl-induced apoptosis.
