Abstract
⺠GS-HCl inhibits proliferation and induces apoptosis in YD-8 cells. ⺠GS-HCl also causes activation of caspases, reduction of Mcl-1 and HIF-1α, and ER stress. ⺠Activation of caspases is critical for the GS-HCl-induced apoptosis.
