Abstract
⺠Mechanisms of mitochondrial dysfunction during benzo[a]pyrene-induced apoptosis. ⺠GSK3α controls B[a]P-induced c-Myc down-regulation. ⺠c-Myc down-regulation regulates mitochondrial localization of Hexokinase II. ⺠These events are involved in B[a]P-induced intrinsic apoptosis.
