Abstract
⺠Neurons and astrocytes were developed after 7 days in N2 medium with NGF and BDNF. ⺠Nestin, βIII tubulin and GFAP were analysed by western blot, RT-PCR and qPCR. ⺠The cell culture and differentiation procedures are uncomplicated. ⺠The cell model seems suitable for neurotoxicity studies in vitro.
