Abstract
⺠We evaluated the genotoxic effects of isotretinoin alone or combined with NBUVB. ⺠Isotretinoin alone has no mutagenic potential. ⺠For Isotretinoin + NBUVB further studies are needed to clarify their mutagenic potential. ⺠Isotretinoin reduces the lymphocyte proliferation, by inducing apoptosis and necrosis.
