Abstract
⺠The oTRP induced inflammatory and genotoxic effects in A549 cells. ⺠NQ contributes to the cytotoxicity and DNA damage. ⺠AQ and NQ participate in inflammation process through inducing different cytokines. ⺠NQ was a more potential inflammatory and genotoxic stressor than AQ.
