Abstract
⺠We developed a novel technique for synthesizing Pt nanoparticles using folic acid as both reducing and stabilizing agent. ⺠The particles have a relatively narrow distribution in size and high degree of crystalline order with no amorphous outer shell. ⺠The particles were penetrating cancerous cells preferably.
