Abstract
⺠Resibufogenin inhibited both IK and IA in cultured rat hippocampal neurons. ⺠Cinobufagin inhibited IK without noticeable effect on IA in hippocampal neurons. ⺠Resibufogenin and Cinobufagin altered some channel kinetics of IK. ⺠Resibufogenin and Cinobufagin influenced some gating properties of IK.
