Abstract
⺠Pre-exposure to low-dose cadmium (Cd) inhibited apoptosis induced by high-dose Cd. ⺠Changes in the intracellular ROS and activation of JNK were involved in the event. ⺠Mcl-1 and its partner BH3 proteins play important role in the apoptosis.
