Abstract
⺠We investigate cell death induced by yessotoxin (YTX) in BC3H1 myoblast cell lines. ⺠100 nM YTX induces paraptosis-like cell death in these cell lines. ⺠We observed morphological and biochemical features resembling paraptotic cell death. ⺠MAPK signalling pathway is activated under YTX treatment.
