Abstract
⺠Wit A enhances the ionizing radiation (IR)-induced apoptosis in U937 cells. ⺠Wit A-enhanced IR-induced apoptosis is associated with the Bcl-2down-regulation. ⺠Generation of ROS and activation of MAPKs pathway are involved in the apoptosis.
