Abstract
► We measured biocompatibility with confocal microscopy and spectrophotometry. ► Adhesion strength and viability against surfactants were gauges of biocompatibility. ► Methods were able to evaluate differences of biocompatibility with three surfactants. ► Thus, confocal microscopy and spectrophotometry can quantify biocompatibility.
