Abstract
⺠In this study we evaluated the genotoxic potential of a phenstatin compound, a tubulin inhibitor. ⺠The compound was able to produces DNA-damage and clastogenic effects in human lymphocytes. ⺠These data indicate the mutagenic potential of phenstatin compounds.
