Abstract
⺠We use temporal profiles of cellular autofluorescence intensities as toxicity assay. ⺠Toxicity monitoring is fast, rapid on-line, simple and non-destructive. ⺠The assay responds accordingly to concentration and mode of action of the toxins. ⺠We proposed a bi-phased time-dose-response model to fit the AF profiles. ⺠The model allows quantitative analysis of toxicity of compounds.
