Abstract
► DBDCT is a novel diorganotin (IV) compound synthesized by our group. ► It showed clear antitumor activity and notable neurotoxicity in vivo. ► Mitochondria-mediated apoptosis was responsible for its neurotoxicity. ► DBDCT also regulated JNK and p38 signaling pathways in PC12 cells.
