Abstract
⺠DBDCT is a novel diorganotin (IV) compound synthesized by our group. ⺠It showed clear antitumor activity and notable neurotoxicity in vivo. ⺠Mitochondria-mediated apoptosis was responsible for its neurotoxicity. ⺠DBDCT also regulated JNK and p38 signaling pathways in PC12 cells.
