Abstract
► TSN inhibited cell proliferation of HL-60 cells by S phase cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. ► Suppression of CDC42/MEKK1/JNK pathway was responsible for the effects of TSN in HL-60 cells. ► The present findings revealed new insights into the molecular mechanism of TSN.
