Abstract
⺠Antiproliferative capacity of Epo A and B in SKOV-3 cells in comparison to PTX were studied. ⺠Epothilones are more cytotoxic than PTX and generate apoptosis mediated by ROS. ⺠Phosphatidylserine externalization and decrease in membrane potential were observed. ⺠Chromatin condensation and apoptotic bodies were noted.
