Abstract
⺠Chemical irritants increase intracellular calcium. ⺠Intracellular calcium increase may be a biomarker of skin irritation. ⺠The irritant heptylamine induces ATP release by keratinocytes. ⺠ATP acts as an autocrine stimulus on keratinocyte. ⺠Analyse of the keratinocyte contribution to chemical stimuli detection.
