Abstract
⺠Effect of SM exposure and freezing on barrier layer of pig skin investigated. ⺠Skin barrier layer to 3H2O penetration unaffected by SM exposure in early stages. ⺠Freezing pig skin reduces barrier layer to 3H2O by a small but significant amount.
